Our Bunbury Horse Racing Tips for Wednesday’s meeting.

Diablerie (Bunbury Race 8 No. 2)
This eight-year-old gelding goes well at this track with four wins and a place from six races here. He got to the front but was outmuscled late for 0.46 lengths 2nd over 1200m at Geraldton on 22 October, then charged away and was eased down late for a 2.59 length win over 1100m at Albany on 15 November. Looks a great winning chance again.

How to pick a winner

Each Way

Winnie’s Wine (Bunbury Race 7 No. 11):
This five-year-old mare has one win and eight places from 19 starts. She made ground for 4.98 lengths 4th over 1800m at Ascot on 3 November, then was held up to the 150m and finished 2.75 lengths 4th over 1690m at Bunbury on 25 November. She should handle the extra distance and looks worth an each-way bet.

Ohbeeh (Bunbury Race 6 No. 1):
This four-year-old Sessions gelding is the early favourite in this Class Three Handicap race over 1116m. He finished 2.52 lengths 6th in a 1MW Graduation handicap over 1300m at Belmont on 15 August, then got to the lead but couldn’t hold on and finished 1.84 lengths 2nd over 1400m at Belmont on 26 August. He resumes after 14 weeks and others are better value.

Best Bet What A Cross (Sale Race 1 No. 10) Big finale on debut and looms at likeable odds here. Was smacked in betting then and almost pulled off the plunge when flying to the line. Looks a huge chance here. Check odds on SmartB Analyst: Bryce Parker
