Fruit Loops | (Pinjarra Race 5 No. 2)

I am really looking forward to seeing this bloke run around again, and hopefully this time he breaks his maiden status. Three starts ago at Pinjarra Lakeside, he was a narrow second over 1200m to the talented Colossal before heading to Ascot, where he got back to last from a wide barrier and hit the line hard into fifth, 2.7 lengths off Justamiddy. He remained at 1400m last start where he was a distant third to Ciscojoe who has won twice since and Whataprince who has also won. He has been freshened up for this, drops back to 1200m, drawn superbly and with Dyson’s 3kg claim, he should be in the finish!

Current Price: $6.00/$2.25

Seberate | (Pinjarra Race 10 No.1)

He is yet to win since coming west from the Hayes stable but I think that is about to change. He has been in some tough Saturday grade races against horses like Billy Ray, Rokanori, Searchin’ Rocs, and Itsarayday. Last start they went to the rear of the field from a poor draw before hitting the line well into fourth, 3.5 lengths off Billy Ray, who won again on the weekend. Clint Johnston-Porter jumps back aboard, he drops back to class 5 and has drawn brilliantly. I will be disappointed if he doesn’t fight out the finish.

Current Price: $2.60

Horse Racing Tips: TAS Sunday 28th April 2024

Key Comments The track is Soft and the rail is +4 metres the entire circuit. As a general rule, runners who land in the front half of the field are suited at this track, with a slight advantage to those who land forward of midfield and can find a cart into the race from the wider lanes in the straight. Best Bet Sky Land (Hobart Race 1 No. 10) This 2YO filly takes on the older horses here but has been very game

Key Comments Features are the $75,000 The Fitzroy Open over 1300m (race 6) and $775,000 The Archer over 1300m (race 7). The track is rated Soft and the rail is +2.5m the entire circuit. Best Bet Penman (Rockhampton Race 5 No. 3) Last start he led most of the way on a bog track before being overhauled late. On a better track he should be hard to beat. Horse Racing Tips: VIC Sunday 28th April 2024

Key Comments 8 race card with a few short favourites that look hard to beat. The best bet comes up in race 5 and is knocking on the door for a win. Best Bet Subrising (Ballarat Race 5 No. 6) Comes off the back of 2 second placings and Egan will ride from the wide draw. A lot to like about the past few runs and looks a better hope than the favourite who may just get too far back in this.
