This four-year-old mare has won 4 of her 5 starts. She settled 3rd holding the rails under the leaders then chased hard to edge clear inside the last 50m and win by 0.3 lengths in the Group 3 Kevin Hayes Stakes over 1200m at Caulfield on 8 February to gain her fourth consecutive win. The next start she chased steadily for 4.3 lengths 8th in the Group 2 Kewney Stakes over 1400m at Flemington. She resumes from a 26 week spell and should be able to get back in the winners stall.

Bella Vella (Moonee Valley Race 6 No. 5):
This six-year-old Commands mare has a fantastic record at this track and distance. She won the Listed Hills Railway Stakes by 1.7 lengths over 1000m at Morphettville Parks on 11 April, then won the Group 1 TAB Classic by 0.2 lengths over 1200m at Morphettville on 2 May before an 18 week spell. Resuming here she has won a recent trial and looks a solid each-way proposition.

Hit The Shot (Moonee Valley Race 3 No. 11):
This Dundeel colt is the early favourite in this three-year-old handicap over 1500m. He has had one start for a 0.2 length win over 1400m on the Ballarat Synthetic on 11 August. There are seven other last-start winners in the race and many have chances to win so he does not look like value.
