Our Murray Bridge Racing Tips for Wednesday’s meeting.

Dantree  (Murray Bridge Race 9 No. 8)
This three-year-old Danbird filly trained by Andrew Clarken at Strathalbyn has one win and one place from four starts. At the end of last campaign she weakened for 4 lengths 4th over 1000m at Morphettville Parks on 9 November before being spelled for 30 weeks. On resuming she fought hard the entire straight but was outgunned in the final 50m for 1.4 lengths 5th over 1000m at Murray Bridge on 13 June. Last campaign she won at thoos track second-up and should be able to repeat that. Winning chance.

How to pick a winner

Each Way

Smart Promise (Murray Bridge Race 7 No. 13):
This five-year-old Smart Missile mare has 13 places from 30 starts and has ran 2nd at 3 of her last 5 starts. She improved from last to finish 2.8 lengths 6th over 2121m at Gawler on 2 June, then settled well back and ran on strongly for 1.25 length 2nd over 1600m at Swan Hill on 13 June, Drawn perfectly and is worth an each-way wager.

Best Lay

Yule My Hero (Murray Bridge Race 8 No. 5):
This three-year-old Kaphero gelding trained by Peter Jolly is the early favourite in this BM 58 handicap over 1400m. He didn’t come on when 4 lengths 6th over 1200m at Murray Bridge on 22 May, then knuckled severely at the start before running 5.9 lengths 5th over 1400m at Morphettville Parks on 5 June. Has a 3kg claim but has not won in 3 outings to this track and I’n prepared to risk him.

Horse Racing Tips: WA Saturday 27th April 2024

Key Comments The feature is the Listed Sheila Gwynne Classic for fillies & mares (race 6). The track is Good and the rail is +5 metres the entire circuit. Best Bet Siren Assault (Ascot Race 1 No. 1) This filly won 2 in a row before a game 5th in the Group 2 Karrakatta Plate over 1200m here on 20th April. Provided she can handle the 7 day back-up she will be too good for this field. Check odds on SmartB Analyst:

Horse Racing Tips: NSW Friday 26th April 2024

Key Comments The rail is true. The track is in the soft range. The best bet is halfway through the day and surprised about the odds on offer for it still. Needs to lug weight but is a huge hope against this field. Best Bet Arctic Legend (Tamworth Race 5 No. 2) Steps up in grade but was nothing short of brilliant when resuming from a long break. Suited to this field. Should be able to go right on with things here and

Horse Racing Tips: VIC Friday 26th April 2024

Key Comments The rail is true. The best bet is on earlier in the day and has been brilliant in its trials. Confident on its chances at what is still a back-able price. Best Bet Night People (Cranbourne Race 2 No. 4) Has been superb in trials and looks very hard to beat here fresh. Newitt steers so expecting some front running tactics and showed plenty in the tank in a most recent trial when hitting the front early. Likeable odds and expecting

Horse Racing Tips: QLD Friday 26th April 2024

Key Comments The track is rated Good and the rail is in the true position. Best Bet Isle Eight (Mackay Race 2 No. 1) This gelding from Rockhampton has been runner-up at his last 2 starts there. He tends to get back in his races and runs on. Looks ready to win. Check odds on SmartB Analyst: Jo Jackson Each Way Cerared (Mackay Race 3 No. 6) Cerared placed here 3 starts back, then was a
