She is on a seven day back-up, goes well at Gawler and can win here.

This four-year-old Rebel Raider gelding has two wins and two places from nine starts. He was well supported in the betting but didn’t come on as expected and finished 3 lengths 6th over 1600m at Balaklava on 9 December, then fought on gamely for a narrow win over 1900m at Oakbank on 23 December. Drops 1.5 kg in weight and Kayla Crowther sticks with him. Looks a good each-way chance.

This four-year-old mare is the early favourite in this BM 60 handicap over 1100m. She jumped awkwardly and battled steadily on the fence for 3.2 lengths 4th over 1000m at Morphettville Parks on 25 November, then didn’t come on as expected when she started favourite and finished 6.7 lengths 6th over 1050m at Morphettville on 5 December. She hasn’t raced here before and others look to have better chances.
