Enterprise Moss (Ipswich Race 3 No. 6)
This six-year-old Rothesay gelding has won two of his last four starts. He battled on for 2.75 lengths 4th over 1600m at Eagle Farm on 16 September, then took over at the 150m and drew away to win by a comfortable 1.8 lengths over 1800m at Sunshine Coast on 25 September. He has two wins from four previous starts at this track and looks capable of winning again.

Schappose (Ipswich Race 8 No. 3):
This six-year-old High Chaparral gelding has placed at his last three starts. He finished 0.09, 0.56 length 3rd over 1400m at Tamworth, then hit the front but hung in and was difficult to ride and finished o,63 length 2nd in the Manilla Cup over 1600m at Gunnedah on 26 September. He is down in distance and should be able to place again.

Maleeka Blues (Ipswich Race 7 No. 8):
This four-year-old Sepoy mare trained by David Vandyke is the early favourite in this BM65 handicap over 1350m for fillies and mares. Her career record is a win and four places from six starts. She finished 1.3 lengths.0.3 length 3rd over 1200m at Sunshine Coast on 30 August, then won a maiden plate by 0.8 lengths over 1400m at Sunshine Coast on 25 September. She has an extra 1.5 kg here and will find it tougher. Does not look like value.

Key Comments There are 8 races for ANZAC Day. The track is rated good and the rail is +5 metres from the 950m to the 450m and is +3 metres for the remainder of the course. Best Bet Extremely Wicked (Balaklava Race 1 No. 3) Last preparation she was placed over 1000m at Cranbourne when first-up. She resumes from a long 41 week spell and won a recent trial here by over 14 lengths on 17th April. Looks hard to beat.
