Our Eagle Farm Horse Racing Tips for the weekend.

Champagne Aunty (Eagle Farm Race 7 No. 8)
This five-year-old Trusting mare trained by Steve Tregea at Toowoomba has four wins and six places from 13 starts. When resuming after 19 weeks she fought hard to just miss when 0.1 length 2nd over 1400m at Eagle Farm on 17 July, then did best late for a 0.75 length win over 1600m at Eagle Farm on 31 July. The rise in trip will suit and she will be very hard to beat.

Each Way

Kudu (Eagle Farm Race 3 No. 3):
This four-year-old Spill the Beans gelding trained by Melissa Taylor has three wins and three places from 11 starts. He had a tough run where he over-raced, was tightened, bumped and lost a plate but still finished 0.75 length 2nd over 1200m at Eagle Farm on 21 July, then led nearly all the way for a 1.3 length win over 1200m at Sunshine Coast on 1 August. Has been going well and looks a good each-way proposition.

Best Lay

Royal Hale (Eagle Farm Race 8 No. 4):
This six-year-old Snitzel gelding trained by Tony Gollan is the early favourite in this BM 85 handicap over 1200m. At the end of last campaign he fought on for 4.2 lengths 3rd over 1350m at Doomben on 24 April. He resumed after 14 weeks for 2.7 lengths 4th over 1200m at Eagle Farm on 31 July. Has a 3kg claim here but doesn’t offer any value.

Horse Racing Tips: NSW Monday 17th June 2024

Key Comments The rail is out 8 metres from the 1400m-winning post. The track is in the soft range. Best Bet Lang Park (Wagga Riverside Race 4 No. 2) Comes across from Victoria and has shown plenty of ability to date. Change of stables and first look at the track but very hard to beat if it handles conditions and looks well suited in this field. Check odds on SmartB Analyst: Bryce Parker Each Way Adolphus

Horse Racing Tips: VIC Sunday 16th June 2024

Key Comments The track is soft and the rail is out 3 metres. The best bet looks a class above of the raced brigade and the best each way is due for a win. Best Bet Flying Mean (Seymour Race 2 No. 2) Love the form it brings here and has been well in the market to date. Last start hit the line well when a $2.80 favourite and that form should hold up in this moderate maiden. Hard to beat. Check odds

Horse Racing Tips: TAS Sunday 16th June 2024

Key Comments The track is a synthetic tapeta-based surface and weather has minimal effect on how it races. The rail remains in the true position. As a general rule, runners who land in the front half of the field are suited at this track, with a slight advantage to those who land forward of midfield and can find a cart into the race from the wider lanes in the straight. Best Bet Es And Es (Devonport Race 5 No. 1) He ran on

Horse Racing Tips: NT Sunday 16th June 2024

Key Comments The sand track is rated Good and the weather is fine. The rail is in the true position. Best Bet Altar Boy (Alice Springs Race 4 No. 3) He was well-backed at this track and distance last start and won by 6.5 lengths. Rates highly with Stan Tsaikos retaining the ride, and can win again.
