No knock on Easy Rosie but $2.50 looks awfully thin given the depth of this race. She will get the favours from the draw but hasn’t handled the soft tracks overly well. She is better on top of the ground and I expect her to drift.

Key Comments The feature race is the Scone Cup (race 8). The rail is in the true position. The best bet looks a sure thing. Best Bet La Pleine Lune (Scone Race 5 No. 3) Absolutely romped in on debut. Concede it was in the right part of the track when the rail as hot however the race rated well, it had plenty more to give and the runner up has walked in since. Looks the good thing of all good things.
