The last round before finals and to my eye there appears four good things.
Collingwood v Essendon – Collingwood are set to get a few players back and will be keen to head into finals with a win against old enemy Essendon who have simply run out of steam. They were deplorable against the Giants last week.
North Melbourne v Gold Coast – The Suns have been playing some good footy and there is no way North Melbourne want to win this game and risk losing the number 1 pick.
West Coast v Adelaide – The Eagles played out of their skins last week however the Crows will be angry after a umpiring decision which cost them a chance of finals. They are the better side and should be too good.
Port Adelaide v Richmond – should be far too strong at home for Richmond who will be thinking about footy trips and post season holidays. If Port are in the mood this could get ugly.
