Rainbow Light | (Sha Tin Race 4 No.5)

On the back of two placings, this son of Outstrip is ready to win. Two runs ago, the stable made a host of gear changes which saw a much more improved run, though he got very tired in the end due to sitting close to the fast pace. Last start he finished 2.1 lengths behind Tuchel who has won well since, whilst beating the rest of the field by a length. He has drawn nicely, maps to sit just behind an average pace and looks to get every chance to get another win on the board for his career.

Current Price: $3.00

Blotting Paper | (Sha Tin Race 3 No.2)

This bloke has had a tremendous season thus far and it looks to continue here. He has placed in four of his past five races with the other being a nice win over this track and distance. He was unlucky last start when he was wide without cover for the majority of the race but still fought on well to finish 2.4 lengths back in third. He gets the booking of Zac Purton who won on him two runs back, draws the inside barrier so he won’t get caught wide, and will sit in a prominent position throughout. He looks like the one they have to beat.

Current Price: $3.60

Horse Racing Tips: TAS Sunday 28th April 2024

Key Comments The track is Soft and the rail is +4 metres the entire circuit. As a general rule, runners who land in the front half of the field are suited at this track, with a slight advantage to those who land forward of midfield and can find a cart into the race from the wider lanes in the straight. Best Bet Sky Land (Hobart Race 1 No. 10) This 2YO filly takes on the older horses here but has been very game
