Beauty Tycoon | (Sha Tin Race 3 No.2)

He did the work from a wide barrier last time and was stuck wide without cover. He knuckled down late despite the wide run and lack of fitness against his rivals before being beaten on the line in a dramatic fashion. Despite not drawing well again, I don’t see Moreira doing the same thing, especially with the rail in a favourable run-on position. This is a thin Class 4 and with the premiership on the line for both jockey and trainer, today needs to be full of winners.

Current Price: $2.00

Midori Beauty | (Sha Tin Race 6 No.13)

I have been waiting for this bloke to finally have his Hong Kong debut following a lot of trials. He is a former Bjorn Baker trained galloper who went 2/2 to start his career before being sold to Hong Kong. The son of Deep Field has had four trials, with his first three being very impressive, and his latest was forgivable with bad luck at the stalls when he bounded. I am expecting a midfield with cover run by Derek Leung, and I expect them to be hitting the line well. Brilliant Way would be the other to bet on as a saver as he has been in better races and beaten better horses in the past.

Horse Racing Tips: TAS Sunday 28th April 2024

Key Comments The track is Soft and the rail is +4 metres the entire circuit. As a general rule, runners who land in the front half of the field are suited at this track, with a slight advantage to those who land forward of midfield and can find a cart into the race from the wider lanes in the straight. Best Bet Sky Land (Hobart Race 1 No. 10) This 2YO filly takes on the older horses here but has been very game
