Bella Nipotina has been racing in fine form since joining the Ciaron Maher & David Eustace stable earlier in the year. She lead all the way to win here two starts ago, then was luckless at the Valley last time out in the Chautauqua Stakes. She is perfectly drawn here third up and I am expecting her to be in the finish at an each way price.

Athiri (Caulfield Race 2 No. 2):
Athiri is rated a $4.50 chance in early markets. She is first up here off the back of a poor Autumn campaign and could find herself in a tricky spot along the fence. Happy to risk her.
