LPGA Drive on Championship at Golden Ocala
At 6852 yards par 72, this is a long course for the Ladies Tour.
The course contains replicas of at least 8 holes famous on other courses including some Augusta copies. This concept of template holes was exercised by Ron Garl in 1986.
Last week I recommended laying Lydia Ko on Betfair after recent surgery. This was nearly a horrendous mistake as she played very well for second.
This week I’m recommending backing her due to her stellar performances at this track.

Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill
The PGA Tour heads to Bayhill for the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Designed by Dick Wilson in 1961, the course is 7381 yards (6849m) par 72, Course rating 75.2, Slope 139. Possibly Dick Wilson’s best course (notably he designed the back nine at Metropolitan), it was a bear, but not today.
