The Inglis 3YO Guineas is a 1400 metre set weight race for three-year-olds run by the Scone Race Club in May. It is normally held at Scone in mid-May as a highlight of the autumn Scone Cup Carnival.

Inglis 3YO Guineas Race History
The race is restricted to three-year-olds nominated to the Inglis Race Series. Under the set weights conditions colts and geldings carry 56.5kgs and fillies carry 54.5kgs.
It is normally held at Scone but in 2020 and 2021 has been hosted as Rosehill due to Covid -19.
It began as the Scone Guineas which was first held as part of the 1950 Scone Cup Carnival. In 1952 Sydney colt Neat Andrew won the Scone Guineas on day 1 of the carnival then won the Scone Cup on day 2, making history. In both races he came from well back in the field.
