The Hall Mark Stakes is a 1200 metre set weights plus penalties race run by the Australian Turf Club in April. It is held at Randwick as part of the Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival.

The race was first run in 1978 over 1600 metres when it was won by So Called. In 1979 it became a Listed race and in 1979 the distance was increased to 2000 metres. From 1980 onwards the distance became the current 1200 metres, and in 2014 it was upgraded to the current Group 3 status.
2022 winner Kementari won this race first-up. He had been retired to stud but only sired five foals after serving 54 mares. Because of his poor fertility rate he was gelded and returned to racing which is something few horses have done.
