Track: Good 4 Weather: Showers

Small and classy field engaged with plenty of speedsters. Recommendation has won in blistering style both times this prep and looks suited with Shinn doing the steering. Chain Of Lightning has plenty of class and should give this field a decent shake. Arkansaw Kid was never losing fresh and maps for a tidy run from barrier 6. Kallos should be around the mark and does no work from the draw with Kah doing the steering. Gap to the rest.

Maps for a good run from barrier 2. Should do no work from the draw and has been very well tried in early markets. Suited to this field.

2. Recommendation (7)

Flies over this track and trip and yet to taste defeat this prep. Suited with Shinn in the saddle and should give this race a shake.

3. Chain Of Lightning (5)

Tackled this fresh after some very good runs last prep including some massive wins in open company. Shouldn’t be underestimated here despite potentially needing the run and Lane booked shows intent.

4. Arkansaw Kid (6)

Looked the winner a long way out fresh after being heavily backed and duly saluted. Maps for a tidy run and is suited to this field. Should give this a shake with Currie sticking in the saddle.

5. Acromantula (4)

Can’t have.

6. Nettuno (3)

This looks too tough.

7. Marble Nine (1)

Having a consistent prep and maps for a good run from barrier 1. Might find this race a bit tricky but has been consistent to date and is good enough to find the placings.
