Esti Feny is the short priced favourite and is 2/3 over this trip. Collett takes the steer from barrier 7 and there is certainly plenty to like about its chances. Bonny Ezra is next in the market and gets in nicely at the weights bringing across the NSW form. Alakahan was unlucky last start and goes in the mix here while London Baker needs to lift but gets a drastic weight drop and that may help do the trick. Tempo should be moderate.

1/1 over this trip which gives it some claims however needs to lift on current form and has been struggling to find the placings. Prefer others.

2. Esti Feny (7)

Comes into this off the back of some excellent runs and is 2/3 over this trip. Suited by the dry ground, in well at the weights and should prove hard to hold out in this field.

3. London Banker (4)

After impressing early days, London Baker has really been battling for form. Suited over this trip, ground & with the weight drop but has to really improve. Can win but needs to lift.

4. Seat Of Power (3)

Can be hard to catch and has only found the placings once over this trip but does love good footing and maps for a nice run. Top 4 contender.

5. Bonny Ezra (2)

Racing very well in NSW and brings in the right form. Barrier 2 ensures a good run in transit and can run the trip out. Solid 1×3 chance.

6. Top Order (1)

Can’t have.

7. Alakahan (5)

Unlucky last start when getting blocked at a vital stage. Jockey is a bit out of form but Alakahan has claims to take this out with even luck in running. The trip and the small field suits.

8. Lunasnit (6)

Best chance at odds. Loves the distance and loves racing at Eagle Farm. Collett knows the horse well, it can take this out at very healthy odds.
