Ran 3rd in this race last year and was a close 2nd in the Rock Magic last start. Place chance.

Resumes from an 18 week spell and has a good first-up record. Having his first start for Grant & Alana Williams and won a recent Lark Hill trial. Nicely drawn and could place.

Amelia’s Jewel won this race first-up last year and resumes from a 22 week spell. She has won 4 of 4 first-up starts including a Group 2 at Flemington last start. Top pick.
7. Ripcord (8)
Resumes from a 16 week break after running 2nd in the Gold Rush. Can go well first-up.

This 3YO has been in the quinella at all 7 of his starts with 4 wins. Smart gelding who has to be counted in the chances.
