One for the stayers and the market is headed by the in form Neasham stable represented with Batholomeu Dias who is coming off an impressive last start win and can make it two in a row. Our Intrigue should be setting a hot tempo and be hard to run down around the tight track. Street Dancer is hard to knock and Berbidek is knocking on the door for a win. Tempo should be solid.

1. Berdibek (5)

Ready to peak and best efforts are good enough to take this out. Maps for the gun run but is also overdue for a win and is a top 4 player in this field. Keep an eye on the market.

2. Ballistic Boy (6)

Ballistic Boy doesn’t have the greatest running pattern and Ipswich does pose some query for those that settle off the speed but if the tempo is strong enough Ballistic Boy can launch at them late. Always needs luck in running but can win.

3. Bartholomeu Dias (3)

Strong last start win and maps for the run of the race. Overall that effort rated strongly in comparison to this field and its the clear one to beat.

4. Swords Drawn (13)

Should be improving on top of the ground but the query is barrier 13 and where Swords Drawn will get to in the run. Has the scope to take this out but the map is tricky.

5. Our Intrigue (7)

Has been mixing form but its always worth respecting the placement of Waller and Our Intrigue may be hard to catch around this tight track. The market should be a good guide late but can pinch this if allowed some cheap sectionals.

7. Smart Meteor (12)

Tough task from the draw on this tight track. Good enough to win but will need some luck.

8. Street Dancer (2)

Consistent operator who maps for the gun run and gets an in form KWT. Holds strong claims in this field and can stalk the favourite in the run.

9. Tavion Prince (1)

Has been out of form but tends to go very close when money comes for it so keep an eye on the market.

10. Youngblood (10)

Mixes form but certainly good enough to take this out. Byrne will need some luck from the draw but has the turn of foot and is a top 4 player.

11. Honorable Spirit (16)

Can’t have.

12. Spencer (17)

Needs to lift on form.

13. Ostermeier (4)

Has been off the boil lately but a good draw should help. Expect vast improvement and can figure in the top 4.

14. Top Order (15)

Can’t have.

15. Chakana (9)

Going along okay and has the right form for this. Over the odds and can figure in the finish with even luck from the draw.

16. Dunhill (8)

Okay last start and has scope to improve. Knockout hope.

17. Lady Solerno (11)

Can’t have.
