Our Belmont Horse Racing Tips for the weekend.

Inspirational Girl (Belmont Race 6 No. 6)
With 4 wins and a close 2nd from 5 starts, this four-year-old mare has a top strike rate. She ran on late for a 0.7 length win over 1600m at Ascot on 1 February, then ran on late again for a 0,3 length win over 1600m at Ascot on 22 February. She resumes from a spell here but has had two trials. WithWilliam Pike riding she is sure o give a good sight.

How to pick a winner

Each Way

Double the Pro (Belmont Race 9 No. 2):
This five-year-old is very consistent with three wins, three 3rds and a 4th from 7 runs this campaign. He took over at the 100m and won by 2.3 lengths over 1300m at Northam on 18 June, before running on strongly for a 0.35 length win over 1200m at Belmont on 1 July. He has won two of four on a soft track and looks a good each-way bet.

Best Lay

Levitate (Belmont Race 9 No. 4):
This three-year old has been installed as favourite in a race with several good chances. He has been expensive for punters running places at his last 3 starts, all on slow tracks and at short prices. I suspect this might the 4th time in a row.
