Titan Blinders (Flemington Race 8 No. 10)
Titan Blinders ran a string of placings before finally breaking through two starts ago at Ararat. He then went to Ballarat on cup day and set a good tempo out in front and nothing could run him down. He looks to get an uncontested lead again on Saturday and if he can hold his form then he will take plenty of catching.

Thunder Peak (Flemington Race 3 No. 10):
The Mike Moroney trained filly is having her third start this preparation. She resumed by breaking her maiden at Wangaratta in good style. Then did not appear to handle Moonee Valley when back and wide. This looks a much better scenario. Third up, onto her home track and a huge jockey change with Jamie Kah taking the reins. Look for her to run a big race.

Overkill (Flemington Race 9 No. 4):
This 4 year old son of Fastnet Rock has been okay in his two starts this preparation. However now he finds a competitive sprint race and is dropping back 200m in distance. With those question marks we think he is short enough at $3.50.
