Liqueuro (Caulfield Race 6 No. 1)
This four year-old son of Fiorente has won three of his four career starts. He resumed from a six week let up at Sandown on March 3 where he worked home nicely into fourth place, then last start at Bendigo put in a most impressive performance to win the St Leger trial by .8 of a length when stepping out to 2200m. He climbs in weight here but is meeting a much weaker field and has drawn perfectly in barrier six. He looks very hard to beat again.

Mohican Heights (Caulfield Race 7 No. 8):
This four year-old gelding trained by Chris Waller produced some strong sectionals to notch up his first Australian win in a benchmark 84 over 2000m last start. He now steps out to 2400m where he was placed at Group 2 level at Ascot (UK) last June and should still have some improvement to come at only his fourth run of the preparation. He is set up to run well again.

Annavisto (Caulfield Race 5 No. 1):
Annavisto has come up as the early favourite in race five. She won the Listed Bendigo Guineas last start and is going well this preparation but she looks rock bottom odds here. She loses Jamie Kah who rode her inch perfect last time and is 2kg worse off to Mozzie Monster who arguably should of finished much closer to her in the Bendigo Guineas.
