Our Morphettville Horse Racing Tips for the weekend.

Way To Go Paula (Morphettville Race 4 No. 3)
This five-year-old Nostradamus mare trained by Phillip Stokes has a great record over 1200m. She worked home strong between runners for 0.7 length 2nd over 1200m at Pakenham Synthetic on 26 August, then chased stronly for 0.9 lengh 3rd over 1200m at Pakenham Synthetic on 22 September. Gets a 3kg claim and has strong claims.

Each Way

Howl (Morphettville Race 9 No. 7)
This five-year-old gelding trained by David Jolly has four wins and two places from nine starts. He was a clear last and over-raced before battling on for 1.7 lengths 4th on heavy going over 1050m at Morphettville on 17 September, then worked home strongly and drove hard late to get up on the line for a narrow win over 1050m at Morphettville on 17 September. Looks an excellent each-way bet.

Best Lay

Cold Case (Morphettville Race 3 No. 3)
This three-year-old gelding trained by Richard & Chantelle Jolly is the early favourite in this 3YO Maiden Plate over 1100m. He is one of six runners in the race that are making their racing debut, but he won a recent trial at Balaklava. There are a couple of horses with race experience who haven’t been far away recently, and I’m prepared to risk him.

Horse Racing Tips: TAS Sunday 16th June 2024

Key Comments The track is a synthetic tapeta-based surface and weather has minimal effect on how it races. The rail remains in the true position. As a general rule, runners who land in the front half of the field are suited at this track, with a slight advantage to those who land forward of midfield and can find a cart into the race from the wider lanes in the straight. Best Bet Es And Es (Devonport Race 5 No. 1) He ran on

Horse Racing Tips: NT Sunday 16th June 2024

Key Comments The sand track is rated Good and the weather is fine. The rail is in the true position. Best Bet Altar Boy (Alice Springs Race 4 No. 3) He was well-backed at this track and distance last start and won by 6.5 lengths. Rates highly with Stan Tsaikos retaining the ride, and can win again. Horse Racing Tips: QLD Sunday 16th June 2024

Key Comments The track is rated soft and the rail is +7 metres from the 400m to the winning post; then +9 metres for the remainder. This is the same as it was on Friday. Best Bet Ella's World (Sunshine Coast Race 5 No. 7) Chasing a hat-trick after wins at Werribee and Sunshine Coast. She ran on strongly from well back over 1600m last start and the extra 200m should suit. Big chance. Check odds on SmartB Analyst: Jo Jackson

Horse Racing Tips: VIC Sunday 16th June 2024

Key Comments Large 10 race card to take place. The track is in the heavy range and the rail is out 5 metres. The best bet kicks things off in the first and is at a short quote but should prove hard to beat. Best Bet Shogun Express (Moe Race 1 No. 3) Has been racing in good fashion and this race suits. A lot to like about the last start second and the wide draw will come in due to the large
