Kingsheir (Canterbury Race 7 No. 2)
This Kingman horse has had four starts for two wins and two places. He chased hard to prevail inthe latter stages nd had the best overall race sectionals when he won by a length over 1550m at Kensington in a BM 72 Handicap on 26 August, then he was looking for a run and kept chasing when 1.3 lengths 2nd over 1500m at Rosehill on 12 September where he had the best 800m-400m race sectional of the day at distance. He looks the testing material again.

Absolute Trust (Canterbury Race 6 No.11):
This five-year-old gelding trained by Tim McIntosh at Muswellbrook has had seven starts for three wins and three places. At the end of last preparation he finished 0.8 length 2nd over 1450m at Muswellbrook on 27 March, then resumed with 0.1 length win in a Highway Class 3 Handicap over 1200m at Randwick on 5 September, where he fought on when challenged and had the best 800m-400m race sectional. He drops 2kg from that run and look worth a modest each-way bet at the big odds on offer

This Fastnet Rock mare trained by Chris Waller has had a wins and a place from her three starts. She won by 1.88 lengths in a field of six runners over 1100m at Gosford on 31 October then was spelled. She had several trials before resuming for 3.1 lengths 6th over 1100m at Randwick on 5 September and has trialled since. Does not look like value here
