At the end of last campaign he failed to handle the heavy going and finished 12 lengths 9th over 1300m at Rosehill on 27 November. After spelling for 23 weeks he resumed for a narrow win over 1200m at Caulfield on 7 May. Looks well placed here and is a solid each-way bet.
