This four-year-old Swiss Ace mare trained by Brad Widdup has five wins and four places from 11 starts. She resumed from a spell for 0.8 length 2nd over 1100m at Hawkesbury on 30 April, then fought hard for 0.4 length 4th over 1100m at Randwick on heavy going on 28 May. Gets a 3 kg claim here and is beautifully placed.

This five-year-old Artie Schiller gelding trained by Terry Robinson has seven wins and eight places from 19 starts. He failed to handle the going when 7.5 lengths 13th in the Scone Cup on a heavy 9, then wound up from the 350m and stormed home down the outside for a 2 length win in the Octagonal Handicap over 1400m at Randwick on 28 May.Has won four of his fives tarts at Randwick and looks a great each-way chance.

Much Much Better (Randwick Race 9 No. 8)
This grey Stratum gelding is the early favourite in this BM 94 Handicap over 1300m. He led early but was winded late for 2.6 lengths 6th in the Luskin Star Stakes over 1300m at Scone on 14 May, then was gunned down in the final stride for 0.1 length 2nd in the At Sea Handicap over 1100m at Randwick on 28 May. Having his first race for trainer Sara Ryan and I’m prepared to risk him here.
