War Warrior (Belmont Race 6 No. 2)
This four-year-old War Chant horse trained by Danial Morton has a win and two places from four starts. He built momentum into the straight and caught and passed the leader at the 100m for a length win in a maiden over 1400m at Ascot on 28 April, then led but tired late for 1.5 lengths 4th over 1400m at Ascot on 12 May. Resumes from a 25 week spell and placed in a recent trial. Ready to win first-up.

Dance Session (Belmont Race 1 No.8):
This three-year-old Sessions filly trained by Jim Taylor has one place from three starts. She was a keen leader before tiring at the 100m and being overhauled for 1.2 lengths 3rd over 1000m at Northam on 3 October, then led into the straight and tired for 2.4 lengths 4th over 1000m at Northam on 14 October. Should be fitter now, has good early speed and is worth an each-way bet.

Key Comments The rail is true for the 8 race card on Anzac Day. The best bet got too far back on career start number 2 but hit the line hard and looks to get things to suit in its upcoming run. Best Bet Wembanyama (Randwick Race 8 No. 4) Loved the way it hit the line last start when not suited coming from barrier 12 on the tight Wyong track. Drawn better in this, maps for a lovely run and has the

Key Comments The rail is true for the 8 race program on ANZAC Day. The feature races include the Anzac Day Stakes (race 5) and the Vrc St Leger (race 6). The best bet comes up in race 4 and looks to be a very promising type who can justify its odds on quote. Best Bet Liberty State (Flemington Race 4 No. 9) A lot to like about the last 2 wins this prep including a lass start 5 length romping in a

Best Bet Dreamzel (Mount Gambier Race 1 No. 7) Dreamzel ran 2nd on debut at Ballarat and has only had 2 runs. Resumes from a 20 week break and gets a 3kg claim. Hard to beat. Key Comments The track is a synthetic tapeta-based surface and weather has minimal effect on how it races. The rail remains in the true position. As a general rule, runners who land in the front half of the field are suited at this track, with a slight advantage to those who land forward of midfield and can find a cart into the race from the wider lanes in the straight.
