Race 8 is the Group 1 $1,000,000 Railway Stakes, race 6 is the Group 2 WA Guineas, race 4 is the Listed Placid Ark Stakes, race 7 is the Listed Jungle Mist Classic and race 9 is the listed Carbine Club of WA Stakes.
Western Empire (Ascot Race 5 No. 12)
This three-year-old gelding has only had two starts and has placed both times. He debuted for 0.05, 4.14 lengths over 1100m at Northam on 25 October, then kept finding for a close 2nd in the Listed Fairetha Stakes over 1400m at Ascot on 7 November. With William Pike riding and Grant and Alana Williams training he looks ready for his first win.

Magical Dream (Ascot Race 6 No. 12):
This Dream Ahead filly has had three wins and a place from five starts. She was well back and ran on out wide for 0.4, 2.09 lengths 3rd in the Listed Burgess Queen Stakes over 1400m at Ascot on 3 November, then came from last to finish 1.95 lengths 6th in the Group 3 WA Champion Fillies Stakes over 1600m at Ascot on 14 November. Her final 400m sectional was very good and she looks worth an each-way bet here.

Flower Of War (Ascot Race 7 No. 1):
This five-year-old War Chant mare is the early favourite in the Listed Jungle Mist Classic over 1200m. She faded for 2.71 lengths 7th in the Listed RS Crawford Stakes over 1000m at Ascot on 17 October, then battled evenly for 2.5 lengths 8th in the Group 3 Prince Of Wales Stakes over 1000m at Ascot on 31 October. She does not seem to have found the form of previous campaigns and others offer greater value.
