This looks a good race for Murrami Express. He raced on speed first up at Flemington over 1200m and fought on well behind Squid Game who subsequently ran well in a strong race on New Years Day. He looks like he will appreciate the extra 100m in trip and gets the key booking of Jamie Kah. Hard to beat.

Yonce (Sandown Hillside Race 7 No. 10):
Yonce was sent out a heavily backed favourite on debut at Mornington after a series of impressive jump outs. After finding a good spot in the run she quickly put pay to her rivals on the turn. Liked her strength through the line which suggests the step to 1400m suits and she looks perfectly drawn in barrier 11 for the inform John Allan.

Rathlin (Sandown Hillside Race 5 No. 1):
Rathlin is rated a $5 chance in early markets in race five. He was a touch unlucky first up at Moonee Valley but that was in a weaker race than this. He has plenty of weight to carry here and a poor winning strike rate. Prefer others.
