Horse Racing Tips : VIC Tuesday 7th June 2022

Our Pakenham Horse Racing Tips for Tuesday’s meeting.

Best Bets

Hamaki (Pakenham Race 4 No.5)

This race is within reach of Hamaki who struggled on wet ground when resuming but prior form in NSW on good tracks is certainly the right form to give this race a shake. Duric will need a little luck from barrier 14 but on ratings, Hamaki has a class edge on this field and should take some holding out.

Each Way

Vitesse Breeze (Pakenham Race 9 No.9)

Vitesse Breeze continues to race well and strikes a good chance in this field. It maps to get the dream run from barrier 2 and hasn’t missed the quinella over the track and trip so it clearly takes a liking to the synthetic. It was a good return run and this drop in grade suits. $7.50 holds appeal in this field.

$7.50

Best Lay

Italian Poet (Pakenham Race 5 No. 4)

A lot of concerning strike rates in this race and Italian Poet is stuck on just the 1 win from 13 goes. Considering that it has been kept safe in the market for m0st of those runs it really has become a difficult one to trust. The early $3.00 is thin given that Italian Poet has been beaten 5 of its past 6 runs below $5.00.

$3.00
