Our Flemington Horse Racing Tips for Saturday’s meeting. The feature race is the Listed Andrew Ramsden (race 7) over 2800m,
Arran Bay (Flemington Race 6 No. 9)
Lightly raced three year old gelding trained by Phillip Stokes. He was very good first up at Sandown, lengthening nicely from back in the field in a race that wasn’t run to suit. He should take good improvement from that run and gets in under the minimum here with Alana Kelly’s claim.

Coolth (Flemington Race 5 No. 12):
Coolth comes through a high rating 1400m race at Caulfield first up. His run was excellent there getting back and hitting the line hard in the fastest closing splits of the race. He ran well second up last preparation and maps to get the right run here for Damian Thornton who is one of the better riders on the program. Note one of our black bookers Vitruvius needs 4 scratchings to get a start. If she does get that start have something on her as well!

Umgawa (Flemington Race 3 No. 1):
Umgawa is currently rated as a $5 chance in race three on the program. He has plenty of weight to carry here and I thought he was very plain through the line last start. Been up for a while now. May need the paddock?

Horse Racing Tips: ACT Friday 19th April 2024
Key Comments The rail is in 4 metres from the 1000-380m mark and true for the remainder. Racing on a soft 5 track. The best bet is early on in the day. Best Bet Greaves (Canberra Race 2 No. 1) Capable of a big finish when on song. The map here looks good from barrier 4 and Owen has options. This race suits and last start rates well enough to take this out. Check odds on SmartB Analyst: Bryce Parker
Horse Racing Tips: NSW Friday 19th April 2024
Key Comments The rail is true. The best bet comes up in the first race at a short price and is a good multi banker. Best Bet Snippety Star (Orange Race 1 No. 10) All runs to date have been solid and Snippety Star won't get a better chance to win than this. Latham does the riding and the depth here is thin. This race suits and is a good multi banker for the weekend. Check odds on SmartB Analyst: Bryce Parker
Horse Racing Tips: NSW Saturday 20th April 2024
Key Comments The rail is out from 7 metres from the 1000m post and true for the remainder. The feature races include the J B Carr Stakes (race 3), Frank Packer Plate (race 4), Hall Mark Stakes (race 5), Jra Plate (race 6), Champagne Stakes (race 7) and the All Aged Stakes (race 8). Have to wait until the last race for the best bet. Best Bet Kibou (Randwick Race 10 No. 3) Smart runner who resumes off a break, has the gun
Horse Racing Tips: WA Saturday 20th April 2024
Key Comments The Quokka (race 8) has $5 million prizemoney making it WA's richest race. There is also the Group 2 Karrrakatta Plate (race 7). The track is Good and the rail is +3 metres the entire circuit. Best Bet Yarralea (Ascot Race 2 No. 3) Last-start winner over 1500m at Ascot and draws to do no work. Should be hard to beat.
