This four-year-old Teofilo mare trained by Tony & Calvin McEvoy has a win and three places from nine starts. She fought hard to the 50m when her run ended and she finished 2.2 lengths 4th over 1400m at Ballarat on 21 October, then chased steadily out wide for 3.4 lengths 8th over 1700m at Flemington on 4 November. Gets the blinkers back on and looks the leading contender back to BM 62 grade.

This five-year-old Zebedee gelding trained by Darren Magro at Roseworthy has one win and four places from 13 starts. He battled solidly and fought hard but was outgunned in the final 100m for 2.4 lengths 5th over 1400m at Murray Bridge on 13 June, then boxed on steadily to the line for 5.6 lengths 4th over 1396m at Port Augusta on 20 June. Returns from a 22 week spell and goes well fresh making him a nice each-way chance.

This six-year-old Foxwedge gelding trained by John Hickmott & Carina Riggs is the early favourite in this BM 54 handicap over 1300m. He chased gamely to finish a length 2nd over 1200m at Murray Bridge on 10 November, then chased on for 1.5 lengths 5th ovwer 1200m at Strathalbyn on 17 November. Others offer better value.
