This six-year-old Commands gelding trained by Tony McEvoy has had 22 starts for five wins and five places. He ran three good races before finishing 2.8 lengths 8th over 1300m at Morphettville Parks where he didn’t come on as expected, then chased strongly to gain the upper hand in the final 150m for a 0.8 length win over 1400m at Murray Bridge on 9 January. coming back from a 7 week let-up he has won a recent trial and should be winning here.

Baraconi (Murray Bridge Race 4 No. 5):
This three-year-old Nicconi filly has two wins and five places from 11 starts. She pounced at the 200m and raced away for a 1.8 length win over 1050m at Morphettville on 26 December, then weakened in the final 200m for 4.8 lengths 4th over 1200m at Murray Bridge on 9 January. Returning from a seven week let-up she will go well and is a good each-way chance.

Worsfold (Murray Bridge Race 9 No. 15):
This four-year-old gelding is the early favourite in this One Metro Win handicap over 1800m. He has only had two race starts debuting with a 5.5 length win over 1600m at Strathalbyn on 31 January, then he chased solidly for 0.3, 0.6 lengths 3rd over 1540m at Morphettville on 20 February. He drops in weight but will find this much harder, and others are much better value.
