This Hussonet gelding has had two wins and a place from three races this campaign and has won at this track. He finished 0.4 length, 1.3 length 3rd over 1000m at Murray Bridge on 8 August, then got to the lead and kept kicking for a 0.9 length win over 1100m at Morphetville on 22 August. He will be hard to beat.

Alsvior (Morphettville Race 8 No. 12):
This five-year-old gelding has been running well. after being held up he let down strongly for a 2 length win over 1300m at Morphettville Parks on 27 June, giving him his second win in a row. After a nine week let-up he went stride for stride with the leader until his run ended in the last 100m and he finished 1.3 lengths 2nd over 1250m at Morphettville Parks on 29 August. He looks a nice each-way prospect here.

Frankie Pinot (Morphettville Race 2 No. 2):
This Your Song gelding is the early favourite in this maiden plate for 3YO and upwards over 1200m. He ran on strongly to finish 0.2 length 2nd over 1140m at Geelong on 10 January 2019, then was away from the racetrack for 85 weeks. He resumed for 0.75 length, 0.75 length 3rd over 1200m at Sale on 30 August. He is a short price in a very open maiden field and doesn’t represent value.
