He won by 5.5 lengths over 1100m on heavy going over 1100m at the Gold Coast on 12 May, then looked to be in a race of his own when he won by 5 lengths over 1200m at Doomben on 2 June. Resumes from a 12 week break and is well-placed to continue on his winning streak.

This five -year-old stallion trained by Steven O’Dea & Matthew Hoysted has three wins and four places from eight starts. At the end of last campaign he led from the 800m to win by a comfortable 2.3 length margin over 1200m at Ipswich on 16 April. He resumed for 0.4 length 2nd over 1050m at Doomben on 7 August and looks a nice each-way chance here.

This seven-year-old High Chaparral gelding is the early favourite in this Open Handicap over 1350m. When resuming from a 21 week spell he won by a length over 1200m at Ipswich on 19 June, then he fought on for 1.1 lengths 3rd in the Listed Glasshouse Handicap over 1400m at Sunshine Coast on 11 July. Resumes from a six week let-up and others offer better value.
