Reckless Choice (Toowoomba Race 7 No. 5)
This six-year-old Choisir gelding has improved with each run this campaign. He ran on for 1.25 lengths 2nd over 1600m at Doomben on 5 September, then took over at the 250m and drew away for an impressive 3.5 length win over 1800m at Eagle Farm on 16 September. he should go well again and looks well-placed in his first run at Toowoomba.

Just Orm (Toowoomba Race 8 No. 3):
This Falvelon gelding has won two of his last three starts. He drew away for an easy 2 length win over 1110m at Doomben on 22 August, then ran on from mid-field but couldn’t catch the leader for a length 2nd over 1110m at Doomben on 12 September. This is a tough race with a capacity field, but he has placed at one of his two previous starts at this track and is worth a modest each-way bet.

Mishani Scandal (Toowoomba Race 5 No. 3):
This Jet Spur gelding is the early favourite in this 2-Y-O Plate over 1000m. None of the field have raced before so it is hard to pick the winner. He won a Deagon trial by 1.25 lengths on 15 September . but there is no value in his price and others are better value.

Needs to lug weight but is a huge hope against this field. Best Bet Arctic Legend (Tamworth Race 5 No. 2) Steps up in grade but was nothing short of brilliant when resuming from a long break.
