Our Sunshine Coast Horse Racing Tips for the weekend.

Sugar Boom (Sunshine Coast Race 7 No. 7)
This four-year-old Spirit Of Boom mare has five wins and three places from 12 starts. At the end of last campaign she was headed at the 100m to finish 2.1 lengths 5th in the Listed Mick Dittman 3YO Plate over 1000m at Eagle Farm on 6 June, After a 19 week spell she resumed with a 2.25 length win over 1050m at Doomben on 17 October, and has won a trial at Deagon since then. She should be very hard to beat.

Gee Tee Tee (Sunshine Coast Race 5 No. 1):
This five-year-old Written Tycoon gelding has a great record at this track and distance. After winning two in a row he didn’t go on in the final 150m over 1400m at Sunshine Coast on 15 May and was sent to the spelling paddocks. He resumed for 0.5 length 2nd over 1200m at Doomben on 7 November and back at his favourite track he looks an great each-way prospect.

Best Lay

Star Of Michelin (Sunshine Coast Race 2 No. 1):
This four-year-old Jet Spur gelding is the early favourite in this BM 72 Handicap over 1600m. After a 15 week break he resumed for 4.9 lengths 7th over 1300m at Sunshine Coast on 25 October, then he was slowly away and made some ground for 4.15 lengths 8th over 1350m at Doomben on 7 November. He is unplaced in three runs at this track and others appear to be better value.
