There was plenty to like about Prooinga breaking its maiden after a serious of luckless runs prior. This is a winnable race and it maps nicely to sit just off the speed. It looks like a great chance in this.

Barrier 10 does make things a little tricky but Shylock only needs even luck in running to take this out. Already a winner over the 2000, this is a drop in grade against a group where most are out of form. It will just need to slot in from the awkward draw early and if that can happen, it will be very hard to beat.

Key Comments There are 11 races for the Sunday meeting. The rail is out to the C+3 position and with clear skies the track will be good. The first race is at 12.30 pm Hong Kong time which is 3.30 pm AEST. Best Bet Magnifique (Sha Tin Race 3 No. 1) He was a length winner over 1000m here when making his debut on 26th January.
