Easter Sydney races will seem strange without the Doncaster and Derby this year, but there is an excellent program on offer at Randwick this Saturday with Sydney’s first Group One races since April 2007. The $350,000 Group 1 Inglis Galaxy over 1100 metres has attracted 13 quality sprinters. Last years Galaxy winner Magnus came second to Weekend Hustler at his last start when the two of them came away from the field to fight the race out. He will be ridden by Damien Oliver again who rode him to victory last year. As an apprentice Oliver also won the race in 1992 on Schillaci. Past Galaxy winners include the late great Luskin Star back in 1978. The topweight this year is three-time Group One winner Bentley Biscuit, while up-and-comers Keen Commander and Hurried Choice are horses to watch. Get the latest Racing Odds
