The Group 1 Newmarket Handicap has attracted thirteen of Australia’s best sprinters headed by budding superstar Weekend Hussler. Weights for the entire field have been raised by 1 kg due to the non-acceptance of Apache Cat and the Melbourne Cup winner, Efficient. The top weight is Dance Hero with 57 kgs while Weekend Hussler will carry 56 kgs.
